Growing up in Topanga Canyon, this California native cannot remember a time without yoga in her life. Yoga has given her strength, confidence and the ability to handle all of life's stressful moments. Carson is a firm believer in the mental and physical aspects of the practice and she will challenge you to be your best at both.
